Q: How do I register an account?

A: It’s easy; just click on Register/Login at the top of every page and you will be taken to the registration page. By registering with www.u-thrive.com you will be able to place orders much faster, and take advantage of our reward point scheme.

Q. How long will my order take to be arrive?

A: Standard deliveries should reach the customer within 2-3working days. You can upgrade to Priority Delivery at an extra charge. If this option is selected, providing your order is placed before 3.00pm Monday-Thursday, it will reach you the following day between 8am and 5.30pm. All orders placed before 3pm on a Friday will reach you by 5:30pm Monday at the latest.

Q. Can my order be sent to my work address instead?

A: Yes we can send your order to an alternate address. We will also need the cardholders address for security checks, but the order will be shipped to the address that you enter in the ‘Shipping Details’ section of the checkout form.

Q. What happens if an order of mine is damaged in transit?

A. Every order sent from here is fully insured, and any damaged parcel will be replaced by us and we will claim from our delivery partner responsible for the damage. They will collect the damaged parcel from you upon delivery of the replacement, to investigate how the damage occurred. We will aim to replace your damaged product within 24 - 48 hours.

Q. What do you do with my personal details?

A: We only use your personal details to complete your order. Your payment details are never made available to Thrive Concepts Limited as we process all payments via a third party agent, eKashu, who are a part of Credit Call. eKashu has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) and adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process. Your name and address details are stored on our system to make future orders easier. Your name and address details are never sold or passed on to a third party.
